Terms and conditions

Booking policy for one off lessons:

In order to book a lesson it has to be prepaid in full a week in advance / when booked.

Cancellation Policy one off lessons:

• I ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice for illness or absence for all private singing lessons.
  
• Lessons Cancelled under 24 hours will be charged in full
  
• Lessons Cancelled under 48 hours will be charged 50% of the fee
  
• If the tutor needs to cancel a lesson, then the student receives either full refund or payment shifted to the next lesson.
  

Booking policy for block bookings:

In order to book block lessons they must be pre-paid in full. Lessons must be used within 28 days or else they are forfeited.

Cancellation Policy for block bookings:

• Non-refundable once booked however if the lesson is cancelled late (less than 48h) it can be rescheduled within the 28 days for an additional charge of £5/h (so that the lesson is not lost)
  
• If the tutor needs to cancel a lesson, then the student receives either full refund or payment shifted to the next lesson.
